Rates and Fees

"Nothing is worth more than this day."

To meet the needs of all my clients, I provide two fee structures.

Monthly Retainer: This structure is for clients who are ready to commit to a long-term, professional relationship.  In addition to being a cost savings because the retainer rate is discounted from the pay-as-you-go rate, this structure works best for most clients.  It guarantees the client a specific amount of time each month for my services.

The client chooses how much time they want to contract for each month with the minimum being ten (10) hours.  You may stay within that minimum, or use as many hours as you like.  It can vary from month to month based upon your needs; however, unused hours do not roll over into the next month.

Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG): This hourly rate structure does not mean piecework or project work; but, is simply the best for clients who will not require a set number of hours monthly.  It also provides an opportunity for clients to see if virtual assistance is something that will work for them.  Just like a retainer contract, clients commit themselves to a long-term relationship that involves constant interaction and the building of a trusted partnership.  After a few months of working together, we will evaluate the number of hours of my time that are consistently being used, and switch over to a retainer contract, saving money and ensuring that my time is available.  The PAYG rate is slightly higher than the retainer rate and requires a $100 retainer before any work can be started.  This amount will be applied to hours used during the first month.
